Trudeau nominates Quebec jurist Nicholas Kasirer to the Supreme Court of Canada

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has tapped Quebec lawyer and judge Nicholas Kasirer to fill a pending vacancy on the Supreme Court of Canada, his office said in a statement Wednesday.
