Conservatives projected to win York-Simcoe, Liberals projected to take Outremont, B.C. still counting

Conservative candidate Scot Davidson is projected to win the federal byelection in York-Simcoe tonight, while the Liberals are also projected to take the Montreal riding of Outremont away from the NDP.
